Description
You're a Pharmacist at Asda, providing great service to customers in a fast-paced, varied role. You'll dispense medications, deliver services, manage your team, and ensure excellent customer service. Asda's supermarket pharmacies offer extended hours, including mornings, evenings, and weekends. You'll provide NHS and private services, requiring strong communication and empathy skills. Safety and leadership skills are crucial, along with the ability to work as part of a team.
Rota: You'll work an average of 32 hours on a three-week rolling rota, alongside an experienced Pharmacy Manager and team. Week 1: Saturday and Wednesday to Friday, 09:00 to 19:00 Week 2: Tuesday, 09:00 to 17:00, Wednesday to Friday, 09:00 to 19:00 Week 3: Wednesday to Friday, 09:00 to 19:00 No Sunday working.
Requirements:
- Fully qualified pharmacist registered with the GPhC
- Accredited to deliver national and local NHS and private healthcare services
- Excellent customer and patient care skills
- Proven leadership skills in a fast-paced pharmacy environment
- Drive and ambition to meet business targets
