Description
Syneos Health is seeking a Laboratory Equipment Specialist II to join their team in Princeton, NJ. The successful candidate will be responsible for laboratory support functions, including routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and validation of analytical equipment.
Responsibilities:
- Perform routine scheduled maintenance
- Troubleshoot and rectify analytical system hardware and configuration issues
- Install and validate new analytical equipment according to defined processes
- Operate robotic equipment supporting sample analysis
- Optimize the analysis conditions of analytical systems
- Verify the accuracy of analytical instrument components
- Start analytical runs within the required timeframes
- Assist in coordinating the use of analytical instruments
- Assist in analyzing and interpreting chromatographic results
- Assist with the integration and revision of chromatograms using specialized computer applications
- Assist with the training of analytical instrument users
Qualification Requirements:
- Bachelor or College degree in Science or related field
- Demonstrate good computer skills, especially in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Experience in a regulated environment is required
- English level: Required bilingualism includes understanding simple messages and following basic instructions
