Description
CoreWeave is seeking a Sr. Salesforce Administrator to be a key member of the GTM Systems team. You will own day-to-day administration, configuration, and support of our core Salesforce platform.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own day-to-day administration, configuration, and support of CoreWeave’s core Salesforce platform.
- Build and optimize Salesforce Flows and declarative automation that improve efficiency and user experience.
- Manage Salesforce security architecture, including profiles, permission sets, role hierarchy, and sharing models.
- Partner with SOX/Compliance teams on audits, user access reviews (UARs), and change-management controls.
- Manage Salesforce and Okta integrations, including SSO, provisioning, authentication, and user lifecycle management.
- Support complex Sales and Revenue Operations business processes in partnership with cross-functional stakeholders.
- Take on light development work, such as basic Apex, Flow-based automation, or configuration-heavy builds, when a declarative solution isn’t enough.
- Explore and build AI agents and AI-powered automation to improve GTM workflows.
- Coordinate with offshore and distributed teams across time zones.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of Salesforce Administration experience supporting enterprise organizations.
- Deep expertise with Salesforce Flows and declarative automation tools.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce security architecture, including profiles, permission sets, role hierarchy, and sharing models.
- Experience supporting complex Sales and Revenue Operations business processes.
- Demonstrated experience working closely with SOX/Compliance teams in a SOX-regulated environment, including supporting audits, access reviews (UARs), and change-management controls.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce and Okta integrations, including SSO, provisioning, authentication, and user lifecycle management.
- Willingness and aptitude to take on some hands-on development work alongside core admin duties.
- Curiosity about AI agent creation and AI-powered automation for GTM processes.
- Experience partnering with offshore teams, including coordinating across time zones and distributed work models.
- A fast learner who adapts quickly to new tools, processes, and changing business priorities.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, rapidly evolving environment.
Preferred Skills:
- Salesforce Administrator or Advanced Administrator Certification.
- Experience in high-growth SaaS, cloud infrastructure, AI, or enterprise technology companies.
- Working knowledge of Apex, SOQL, APIs, and Salesforce integrations.
- Experience with Salesforce DevOps and deployment tools such as Gearset, Copado, or similar.
- Experience supporting Lead-to-Revenue, Quote-to-Cash, Customer Success, and Partner business processes.
- Exposure to building or configuring AI agents (Salesforce Agentforce or similar) for business process automation.
- Experience supporting or participating in M&A system integration initiatives.
- A commitment to building systems the right way, not just the fast way.
