Description
In this role, you'll shape and drive Red Bull's global Route-to-Market (RTM) strategy across both On Premise and Off Premise channels, ensuring world-class distribution and execution.
You'll develop and implement global RTM strategies, identify opportunities to improve distribution, and lead global discussions and senior leadership forums focused on distribution, coverage, and commercial effectiveness.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and implementing global RTM strategies across On Premise and Off Premise channels
- Identifying opportunities to improve distribution, availability, customer coverage, and overall RTM efficiency
- Leading global discussions and senior leadership forums focused on distribution, coverage, and commercial effectiveness
- Creating differentiated RTM approaches tailored to channels, customer groups, occasions, market maturity, and business segments
- Increasing the adoption of digital tools, automation, and data-driven decision-making across RTM planning and execution
- Collaborating with Global Sales, Marketing, Finance, Operations, Supply Chain, Data teams, regional stakeholders, and local markets to drive business impact
Requirements:
- 7+ years of experience in route-to-market strategy, sales strategy, commercial excellence, distribution, or channel management
- Experience working across multiple markets or regions within an international organisation
- Proven ability to influence senior leaders and manage complex, cross-functional initiatives
- Experience with digital transformation, analytics, CRM systems, or sales technology
- Excellent communication, facilitation, analytical, and stakeholder management skills
- Fluency in English, other languages are considered an asset
