Description
We are seeking an AI Native Delivery Consultant to lead the transformation of Japan's delivery methods using Salesforce's AI-Native Delivery approach.
As an AI Native Delivery Consultant, you will be responsible for:
- Leading AI-Native Delivery projects using Salesforce Professional Services Methodology (SPSM)
- Collaborating with clients to design, build, and deploy AI-powered solutions
- Utilizing AI agents to automate delivery processes and improve efficiency
- Working closely with the Global Delivery Center (GDC) to apply global standards and best practices
- Ensuring high-quality delivery and client satisfaction
Requirements:
- 5-11 years of experience in consulting or IT project delivery
- Strong understanding of IT project delivery processes
- Experience with AI and machine learning technologies
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Fluency in Japanese and business-level English
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience with Salesforce platforms (Apex, Flow, Data Cloud)
- Knowledge of AI and agent development (prompt engineering, AI orchestration)
- Experience working in multicultural environments
- Salesforce certifications (Administrator, Platform Developer, etc.)
