As an Optometrist Manager at Asda Opticians, you will lead a team to provide excellent clinical care and customer service. Your responsibilities include managing a 7-day operation, driving high standards, and generating team spirit. You will coach and train the team to ensure the highest clinical, safety, and legal standards are met.

Requirements:
- Fully qualified optometrist registered with the GOC MECs or WECs accredited (or willing to gain accreditation within 12 months)
- Registered performer with your NHS area team or health board
- On track to meet the statutory points requirement for CET
