Investigator/Site Payment Specialist

We are seeking an Investigator/Site Payment Specialist to join our team in Warsaw, Poland. As a key member of the Contract & Centralized Services team, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end investigator/site payment processes, including payment calculations, creation and management of purchase orders, and clinical trial payments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage payment processes, ensuring timely and accurate payments to investigators and sites
• Act as liaison among colleagues within Contract & Centralized Services, other GCO teams, and Sites
• Provide exceptional customer service, addressing payment-related inquiries and issues in a prompt and professional manner
• Conduct regular interim and final reconciliations for all payments
• Ensure compliance with applicable requirements and maintain audit readiness
• Support implementation and rollout of new systems and technologies
• Utilize data quality checks to ensure data accuracy for payments across multiple systems
• Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate as necessary

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent
• Fluency in English and Polish
• 2-3 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry or clinical research, preferably in clinical payment processing
• Excellent communication and analytical skills
• Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and in a collaborative, virtual team environment
• Working knowledge of PCs (MS Office suite at a minimum)
