Description
As a Country Activation Marketer at 3M, you will play a key role in marketing for the Industrial Adhesives and Tapes division in Mexico City.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Driving local market growth by shaping marketing plans, gathering competitive and customer insights, and ensuring country-specific requirements are reflected in programs and portfolio decisions.
- Executing country-level demand generation through localized communications, media, social, and events to build awareness, grow audiences, and convert demand through channel partners.
- Supporting go-to-market execution with channel communications, training, eCommerce readiness, syndication, and partner prioritization to strengthen sales enablement and channel performance.
- Leading local promotional and product support by aligning with sales and area teams on calendars, translations, technical content, training, and local market requirements.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A business and marketing education.
- 2-5 years of experience in marketing, strategic planning, and commercial execution.
- Advanced written and conversational English skills.
Additional qualifications that could be beneficial include:
- Excellence in marketing disciplines such as pricing, portfolio management, end-user engagement, channel management, and communication.
- Knowledge of customer and market dynamics, key market trends, and familiarity with the product portfolio.
- Experience attending joint calls with sales representatives to promote products and promotions.
- A personality that can convince and engage sales teams.
- B2B experience.
This role follows an on-site working model, requiring you to work at least four days a week at the 3M office in Santa Fe, CDMX. Travel may include up to 35% domestic travel, and relocation may be authorized.
