Description
We are seeking a Senior Growth Marketing Manager, Influencer Affiliates to lead the largest region of our Influencer Affiliates program.
The Growth Marketing team at Airbnb drives the top line of the company, and you will play a critical role in scaling and managing a growing social and influencer marketing program.
Responsibilities:
- Scale US & CA program ROI while managing a large group of influencers
- Identify new influencer talent and onboard them into the program
- Develop an editorial calendar and marketing briefs for campaigns
- Innovate on strategies to drive growth and positive ROI
- Partner with global and country media teams to amplify influencer creative
- Own comprehensive reporting of program KPIs and budget management
- Present updates and recommendations to leadership and cross-functional partners
Requirements:
- 8+ years of influencer marketing experience in a consumer-facing company
- Strong relationship management and scaling of influencer marketing programs
- Deep expertise in building and executing creative influencer and paid social strategies
- Superb verbal and written communication skills
- Exceptional project management and organizational skills
- Strong fluency in financial metrics and ability to create financial models
- Familiarity with influencer tools like CreatorIQ, Impact, Sprinklr
Benefits:
- The base pay range is $139,000-$163,000 USD
- Eligible for bonus, equity, benefits, and Employee Travel Credits
