Description
The Supply Chain Safety Manager role at Target involves owning and executing the assigned site safety program, ensuring compliance with risk and regulatory obligations, and influencing key safety priorities. You will develop a strategic site Safety action plan, facilitate positive outcomes, and lead regulatory visits.
Key responsibilities include:
- Ensuring execution of site safety programs and compliance with regulations
- Analyzing data and trends to identify areas for improvement
- Collaborating with leadership to influence safety priorities and establish a strong safety culture
- Developing and implementing site Safety action plans
- Managing regulatory visits and responses
- Supporting complex buildings and sites with high exposure
Requirements:
- Industry expertise or related field with proven leadership
- Ability to manage complex operations within Safety
- OSHA Standard knowledge and response
- Proven problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent relationship-building and collaboration skills
- Outstanding communication skills
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
- Ability to travel as required
