Description
As a Business Specialist Repair & Refurbishment at Coolblue, you will be the link between Apple and our internal teams.
You will analyze weekly financial data in your dashboard to identify areas for improvement in repair margins. You will also translate Apple's strict guidelines into simple work instructions, ensuring a faster turnaround time in the workshop.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Continuously improving Apple repair processes with various teams
- Conducting financial analyses to increase the profitability of repairs
- Analyzing data to optimize customer satisfaction and repair speed
- Determining commercial agreements and prices based on market conditions
- Managing the customer journey for defective Apple products
- Assisting colleagues in the operation by explaining complex rules in simple terms
- Traveling to Tilburg once a week to collaborate with the operation and Apple repair teams

To qualify, you will need:
- A bachelor's degree or higher
- At least 3-5 years of relevant work experience
- Broad experience with project management and stakeholder engagement
- Strong analytical skills, particularly with financial data and profit & loss statements
- Excellent communication skills and ability to take the lead in new projects
- Willingness to travel to Tilburg once a week to collaborate with the operation and Apple repair teams
