Description
We are seeking an experienced and communicative project risk manager to join our Project Management team. As a project risk manager, you will work on risk management in large and complex projects, focusing on time and cost risks. You will help our clients create structure, understand the project's risk picture, and make informed decisions.
Key responsibilities include:
- Ensuring the project's risk picture is up-to-date and clear
- Supporting clients in establishing and developing effective risk processes
- Planning and leading risk seminars and workshops
- Preparing analyses, decision-making materials, and reporting materials
- Following up on suppliers' and other project parties' risk management
- Contributing to the development of methods, processes, and tools within project risk management
- Collaborating and exchanging experiences with colleagues in Sweden and internationally
Requirements:
- A few years of experience in project risk management in large or complex projects
- Ability to independently drive and develop risk management work
- Experience in analyzing information, creating a clear overall picture, and translating conclusions into usable materials for clients and project organizations
- Comfortable with leading groups, leading workshops, and creating participation in conversations
- High school or civil engineering degree in construction, community building, or a relevant field, or equivalent experience
- Good ability to communicate in Swedish verbally and in writing
Desirable skills:
- Method competence in project management or experience in developing working methods, processes, and tools within risk management
- English language proficiency, and additional language skills are a plus
