Description
We are seeking an Energy Market Analyst to join our Global Customer Support team. As an Energy Market Analyst, you will be responsible for delivering outstanding customer experiences and providing technical and product support to clients across the APAC region.
The successful candidate will have a strong interest in energy market modeling and optimization, with experience or exposure to energy market modeling and simulation tools such as PLEXOS, Aurora, BID3, GAMS or similar platforms.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing timely and accurate technical support to customers
- Troubleshooting SaaS/Cloud and Desktop product issues
- Offering modeling guidance and practical advice to customers
- Collaborating with Account Management, Product Management, and Development teams
- Developing practical tools, examples, articles, and videos to help customers utilize our products

Requirements and qualifications include:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent customer-facing communication skills
- Relevant tertiary qualification in a quantitative field
- Experience with scripting, programming, or database technologies
- 1-3 years of experience in the energy industry
