Description
As a Senior Project Manager at Grab, you will lead complex, cross-functional programmes across multiple domains, driving business outcomes, aligning stakeholders, tracking risks and dependencies.
You will work closely with People, Technology, Engineering, Product, Operations, and country teams to strengthen PMO practices, reporting, governance, and delivery standards across the organisation.
Key responsibilities include:
- Coordinating multiple workstreams across teams to deliver agreed outcomes
- Establishing and maintaining project governance, including status reporting and RAID logs
- Applying Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery methods based on programme needs
- Identifying delivery risks and dependencies, driving mitigation actions, and escalating decisions
- Using GenAI tools to improve project planning, status reporting, and workflow efficiency
Requirements:
- At least 5 years of experience working as a Project Manager, leading complex projects or transformation initiatives
- Experience leading cross-functional projects involving HR, employee experience, or workforce-related processes
- Strong understanding of software implementation, testing, rollout, change management, and adoption
- Experience managing projects with stakeholders across different countries, cultures, and departments
- Hands-on experience building AI, automation, or workflow solutions for real business problems
