Description
We are seeking a Senior Content Developer to join our team. As a Senior Content Developer, you will design and build AI-powered workflows that change how we create, review, and maintain knowledge content. You will work with subject matter experts and peers to create customer documentation and design systems that produce it.
Responsibilities:
- Design and build AI-powered workflows that change how we create, review, and maintain knowledge content
- Find operational problems across the knowledge program and solve them with AI
- Own projects on the content operations roadmap from scoping through delivery
- Set and improve processes and standards for developing knowledge
- Track KPIs on knowledge content performance and use data to inform decisions
- Work with subject matter experts and peers to create and maintain accurate customer documentation
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 6+ years of professional experience in operations, program management, knowledge management, technical writing, content development, or a related field
- Hands-on experience building AI solutions to operational problems
- Experience owning projects from start to finish
- Experience creating or maintaining technical content
- A track record of spotting problems and solving them without detailed direction
- Clear communication with cross-functional partners and stakeholders
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience connecting AI tools to other systems through APIs or automation platforms
- Experience structuring content for AI systems
- Proficiency in Jira and experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
- Experience with Confluence and Zendesk
- Experience querying data and building dashboards
