As a Store Manager at Coolblue's Frankfurt store, you will lead a team of around 20 employees to ensure the store shines and customers leave with the product that makes them happy.
Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of approximately 20 employees as a Store Manager, alongside an Assistant Store Manager.
- Develop your team through coaching, motivation, and feedback to improve performance daily.
- Use analytical and commercial thinking to enhance store performance and introduce new ideas.
- Be part of Coolblue's expansion in Germany and help shape a new store.

Qualifications:
- 2-3 years of leadership experience in retail
- Passion for technology and consumer electronics
- Fluent German and English language skills
- Analytical and entrepreneurial thinking
