We are seeking team members for seasonal roles at Target, including Guest Advocate, General Merchandise Expert, Fulfillment Expert, Style Consultant, Inbound Expert, Food & Beverage Expert, and Tech Consultant.
Job Details Starting hourly rate: $18.50 USD per hour Temporary additional pay: $1 on top of existing $1/hr shift differential for eligible overnight or early morning hours worked (details available with HR)
About the Role As a team member at Target, you will help families discover the joy of everyday life. You will work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, providing exceptional guest service, and contributing to sales goals.
Responsibilities
- Provide excellent guest service, welcoming and thanking guests, and exceeding their expectations
- Work efficiently and effectively in a team environment to deliver sales goals and business priorities
- Stock, set, and sell Target products, maintaining a high level of product knowledge
- Operate a cash register, handling cash transactions accurately
- Climb ladders, scan, handle, and move merchandise efficiently and safely (up to 40 pounds)
- Maintain a flexible work schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
