Description
We're seeking a Planning Solutions Consultant to join our technology consulting team. You'll work with customers to analyze their business needs and challenges, and help them achieve their financial, accounting, and workforce planning goals using our next-generation SaaS-based planning solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Provide expertise in planning software and deliver compelling presentations and demonstrations
- Collaborate with customers to understand their business goals and challenges, and map out their business transformation journey
- Design and present multi-faceted solutions that integrate our financial and HR solutions
- Work with sales teams and professional services teams to develop strategic account plans and execute sales approaches
- Stay up-to-date on product roadmaps and provide feedback to development teams
- Support partner businesses and enable their success
- Participate in marketing initiatives such as seminars, trade shows, and webinars
- Continuously learn and expand your knowledge of our products and solutions
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in enterprise-class financial planning and accounting application software
- Experience with Adaptive Insights Business Planning Cloud or similar CPM solutions
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence C-level executives
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Ability to travel 30%
- Native-level Japanese and business-level English language skills
