As a Seasonal Team Member, you will:
- Provide tailored suggestions and solutions to guests through active selling and visual merchandising presentations
- Welcome, thank, and exceed guest service expectations
- Ensure product is set, in-stock, accurately priced, and signed on the sales floor
You will gain experience in:
- Guest service fundamentals
- Retail business fundamentals, including department sales trends, inventory management, and process efficiency
- Executing daily/weekly workload to support business priorities and deliver on sales goals
We are looking for someone who:
- Enjoys working in a fun and energetic environment
- Is passionate about providing excellent guest service
- Is comfortable stocking, setting, and selling Target products
- Is flexible and able to work a variety of shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
You will need to have:
- A welcoming and helpful attitude towards guests and team members
- The ability to learn and adapt to current technology needs
- The ability to work both independently and with a team
- Attention to detail and the ability to follow multi-step processes
Some of the specific tasks you may be required to perform include:
- Accurately handling cash register operations
- Climbing up and down ladders
- Scanning, handling, and moving merchandise efficiently and safely, including frequently lifting or moving merchandise up to 40 pounds
