Description
We are seeking an entry-level professional individual contributor to join our team responsible for product design experience. You will work under close supervision and face routine problems.
Key responsibilities include:
- Collaborating with product teams to receive support requests
- Triaging requests, fixing small bugs, and submitting engineering tickets
- Having working knowledge of support processes and experience working in a production environment
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent experience
- Advanced English language skills
- Basic knowledge of JavaScript frameworks
- Knowledge of CSS and HTML is preferred
- 2-4 years of experience is preferred
