Description
We are looking for a Chief of Staff to partner with the Head of Talent in building and scaling ElevenLabs' global Talent organization.
You will help shape strategy, turn priorities into action, and lead work that requires deep talent expertise and focused execution. Your remit will span the entire Talent organization: GTM, G&A, and Technical recruiting, Talent Operations and Talent Programs.
Responsibilities:
- Turn Talent strategy into execution. Partner with the Head of Talent to identify priorities, evaluate tradeoffs, and translate decisions into clear plans, owners, and outcomes.
- Embed where you can make the greatest difference. Step into teams or initiatives that need additional leadership, expertise, or execution capacity.
- Lead high visibility projects from idea to outcome. Own strategic initiatives sponsored by the Head of Talent and other senior leaders.
- Improve how the Talent organization works together. Partner with Talent leaders to resolve issues that cut across teams, improve decision-making, and share effective practices.
Requirements:
- Deep talent expertise and experience helping a global organization navigate hypergrowth at scale.
- Ability to shape strategy and deliver work yourself.
- Experience leading teams, functions, or complex talent initiatives with clear accountability for results.
- Ability to deliver high visibility projects with senior executive stakeholders.
