Description
We are seeking an experienced Employee Benefits Specialty Manager to join our team in Milan. The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Managing client relationships on a daily basis, providing high-level service and consultancy support
- Providing support to various group offices for preparing proposals for clients and prospects
- Coordinating operational activities for the entire management flow, including data entry and contract documentation dispatch
- Developing the assigned client portfolio, focusing on new and expanded business opportunities and related revenue growth
- Maintaining relationships with major insurance companies and national and international clients
The ideal candidate will have:
- A bachelor's or master's degree
- At least 3-5 years of experience in a similar role at a leading insurance brokerage firm
- Strong knowledge of the insurance sector
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Excellent written and spoken English language skills
- Outstanding relational, customer-oriented, and commercial skills
- Problem-solving attitude, precision, and proactivity

Salary: The annual gross salary ranges from €45,000 to €50,000, defined based on experience, skills, and position responsibilities.
