In our private customer consulting centres across Germany, we combine modern, digital, and hybrid working environments with personal advice for our customers.
As a Private Customer Consultant, you will advise our private customers via digital media (phone, video consultation, chat, co-browsing) on topics such as accounts, service, digitalisation, and actively explore the entire standardised product range on investment, precaution, and private credit.

Your skills and experiences
- You have completed a banking-related education or equivalent qualification
- You have good knowledge of the product range for private customers
- You possess sales skills and enjoy interacting with our customers
- You have an open and communicative personality, and you like working in teams
- You are highly motivated and eager to continuously develop your expertise
- You are proficient in using PC and software applications
