We are seeking a Customer Consultant to join our team at Postbank Filialvertrieb AG in Aschaffenburg.
As a Customer Consultant, you will be responsible for providing demand-oriented advice on our wide range of financial products and building sustainable customer relationships through personal conversations and telephone contact.
Key responsibilities:
- Provide independent advice on financial products to customers
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships
- Take responsibility for customer care in your branch
- Work closely and trustfully with your branch team
- Organize your workday independently and be a competent contact person for customers on financial matters
Requirements:
- Sales talent with a passion for working with people from diverse backgrounds
- Successful commercial training - ideally as a bank clerk - or several years of professional experience, preferably in customer consulting or sales
- Quereinsteiger with a passion for working with people are welcome
- High service competence and resilience in everyday work, as well as openness to rapidly changing framework conditions
- High interest in financial topics and economic interrelationships
