As a team lead, you'll be the first point of contact for your team and will be responsible for their development and performance. Your goal will be to provide excellent customer service and ensure that every delivery results in a positive customer experience.
Key responsibilities:
- Conduct regular employee reviews, including development and feedback discussions
- Lead a team of 15-20 delivery drivers, providing guidance and coaching
- Coordinate driver assignments and route planning
- Ensure smooth operational processes
- Collaborate with other team leads and department managers to identify areas for improvement and implement changes
- Play a key role in selecting new team members

Requirements:
- Experience as a leader in any industry (lateral entry welcome)
