Description
We are looking for a career changer with leadership experience to join our new depot in Leipzig as a Team Lead. As a Team Lead, you will be responsible for leading a team of motivated delivery drivers, providing guidance, coaching, and development opportunities. Your goal will be to ensure that as many customers as possible are satisfied with their orders and our service.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular employee reviews, including development and feedback discussions, as well as occasional disciplinary and termination discussions
- Lead your own team of drivers, supporting and developing them in their daily tasks
- Manage the distribution of employees across delivery vehicles and routes
- Ensure smooth operational processes
- Collaborate with other team leads and the depot manager to identify areas for improvement and implement changes
- Play a key role in selecting new team members

Requirements:

- Fluent German and English, with strong negotiation skills
- Experience in last-mile delivery or lean methods is desirable but not essential
