Description
Reddit is seeking a highly analytical and strategic individual to drive impact across its North America Mid-Market (MM) sales team as a Revenue Strategy & Operations Partner.
This role will be pivotal in driving sales rigor, providing business insights, and propelling the sales strategy and operational effectiveness across the MM Sales team.
Responsibilities:
- Strategic Planning & Go-to-Market (GTM) Leadership: Lead and/or support annual and quarterly sales planning processes, develop business plans, operating models, customer segmentation, and resource allocation.
- GTM Strategy: Develop and recommend GTM strategies for the Mid-Market segment in close collaboration with senior Sales and cross-functional partners.
- Project Management: Lead complex, cross-functional project management efforts to ensure seamless implementation of new sales initiatives and operating rhythms across teams.
- Business Performance & Analytics: Develop and partner with central analytics on executive-level reporting, track pipeline health, pitch velocity, and seller productivity.
- Actionable Insights: Deep dive into business performance to proactively diagnose key issues, identify levers for growth, and translate complex insights into clear, measurable action plans for Sales leadership.
- Operational Excellence: Drive improvements in sales processes through analytics and understanding of the business, optimize sales and RSO processes, streamline workflows, and work with central teams to build automation and drive scalability.
Required Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
- Professional Tenure: 8–12 years of professional experience in a strategic or operational function.
- Industry Preference: Experience in the online advertising and tech industry is highly preferred.
- Domain Expertise: Strong analytical background with ability to handle complex excel models and experience using SQL.
- Language: Fluent in English written and oral communication.
