Description
We are seeking a Lead Content Analyst to join our team in Taguig City. As a Lead Content Analyst, you will be responsible for the maintenance of database administration and sourcing of the Financial Markets exchange and contributed data.
You will support colleagues and own contributor relationships between LSEG and local exchanges, contributors, or data suppliers for day-to-day operations. Your goal will be to ensure that relevant data is maintained and delivered in an accurate and timely manner.
Key responsibilities:
- Collect and validate the accuracy of data received from various sources and store it in LSEG databases
- Ensure the quality and time-efficient production of financial information for LSEG products
- Monitor and research market events to anticipate changes
- Assist the team and senior colleagues in performing quality checks and measures to maintain high-quality content
- Proactively research and identify corporate actions events or ways to improve coverage
- Provide outstanding customer service
- Plan and fulfill data enhancements and quality improvement project activities
- Provide Root Cause Analysis for Data Corrected Cases and identify robust solutions
- Provide support in identifying and developing new measurements where a need or requirement exists
Requirements:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- 2+ years of experience in Financial markets, with an understanding of Equity and Derivatives markets and instruments being an added advantage
- Ability to work effectively within a team environment on rotational shifts
- Knowledge of Estimates Validation process
- Proficiency with MS Office applications
- Excellent networking skills and ability to collaborate across various internal teams
- Ability to adapt to changes quickly
- Experience in working independently and showing initiative
- Excellent problem-solving and multi-tasking skills
