Job Requirements:
- 5+ years of personal injury or insurance defense experience
- Willingness to relocate to Albuquerque, NM (relocation assistance provided)
- Strong desire to work as part of a team to advocate for injured clients
Responsibilities:
- Intake and first meetings with clients: build trust, document facts, and outline action items
- Investigation: direct investigations, assess insurance coverage, and gather evidence
- Negotiation: prepare cases for trial, evaluate settlement value, and negotiate with adjusters
- Litigation: prepare pleadings, strategize trial preparations, and execute mediation or arbitration
Benefits:
- Competitive salary: $200,000 - $400,000 annually (base salary + performance bonuses)

Performance Goals:
- Be in the office from 8 AM to 5 PM, attending daily huddles and meetings as needed
- Review and note action on out-of-standard cases with the lead attorney weekly
- Resolve 95% of cases within Full Settlement Value
- Generate $1.5 million in attorney fees per year
- Achieve a positive client review rate of 95%
