Description
Braze seeks an Account Manager, Emerging Enterprise to join its Enterprise Sales Team. The successful candidate will partner with Emerging Enterprise Account Executives to maximise client value and grow relationships.
The role involves:
- Commercially expanding customer relationships and developing opportunities up to $75K
- Analysing customer product usage to identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities
- Collaborating with Account Executives, Renewals Managers, and Customer Success Managers
- Coordinating resources to drive feature exploration and adoption
- Achieving quarterly upsell and renewals targets
- Occasionally travelling for onsite customer engagement
The ideal candidate will have:
- 2+ years of experience in Sales or Account Management, SaaS sales
- Experience working with companies with 2,000+ employees
- Quota-carrying experience
- Excellent product knowledge and communication skills
- Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Google Office, MS Office Suite, and Keynote
- Prior experience with Salesforce.com CRM
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Ability to quickly learn new cloud apps and tools
The pay range for this position is expected to be between $75,000 and $92,500/year, with an expected On Target Earnings (OTE) between $150,000 and $185,000/year.
