Juriste Droit Boursier (F/H/NB)

We are seeking a senior stock market lawyer to join our Corporate Legal / Stock Market Law / Governance Department at Ubisoft Group. As a key member of our team, you will contribute to the legal tasks related to our listed company.

Your main responsibilities will include:

• Preparing and organising documents for the General Assembly of the listed company, such as calendars, resolutions, convening brochures, reports, and publications
• Coordinating internal and external contributors during the preparation of the universal registration document (URD)
• Ensuring compliance with regulatory obligations and publication of regulated information related to the listed company's shareholder base
• Participating in the preparation of Board of Directors meetings and committee meetings, particularly the Nomination, Compensation, and Governance Committee
• Conducting benchmarking, analysis, and drafting notes on stock market law and governance matters
• Monitoring trends in governance and analysing new legislative or regulatory texts
• Contributing to improving processes and tools for reporting and providing real-time information to operational and functional departments

The successful candidate will have:

• A relevant legal background in business law or equivalent, with expertise in stock market law
• Solid experience within a corporate department of a law firm or a corporate legal department of a listed French company
• Excellent English language skills, both written and verbal
• Outstanding writing and interpersonal skills, with a dynamic approach
• Strong organisational, proactive, and analytical skills, with attention to detail and ability to work in a team
