Description
We are seeking a Cashier to join our Private Banking team at Deutsche Bank. As a Cashier, you will be responsible for managing daily cash balances, handling customer transactions, and providing excellent customer service.
Your Tasks
- Manage daily cash balances and handle cash transactions independently
- Provide support to customers with various requests and guide them through self-service terminals and other channels
- Proactively approach customers to promote digital services, such as online and mobile banking
- Contribute to the success of the branch by scheduling appointments and referring customers to advisors
Requirements
- Ideally, you have completed training in a commercial, service-oriented, or banking-related field
- You demonstrate reliable work habits and combine teamwork with high service orientation
- You have a friendly and confident demeanor, with a strong interest in learning new tasks and topics
- Previous experience in appointment scheduling and referral of customers to advisors is beneficial
- Basic knowledge of private banking products and digital services is desirable
