We are seeking a First Cook to join our Kitchen team. As a leading hospitality company, Accor operates 45 hotel brands and 5,600 properties worldwide, providing unique experiences for millions of customers.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and assemble dishes, buffets, and trays
- Participate in various kitchen processes
- Monitor buffet replenishment and presentation
- Prepare products and supplies for breakfast service
- Ensure proper food handling and conservation
- Maintain kitchen order, hygiene, and good conditions
- Contribute to efficient resource use and cost control
- Collaborate with the team to ensure operational continuity
Qualifications:
- Technical training
- Knowledge of good food safety practices
- At least 3 years of experience in the kitchen area
- Agile, responsible, and detail-oriented individuals
- Collaborative attitude and willingness to work in a team
