We are seeking a highly motivated Working Student with a focus on Sustainability/Life Cycle Engineering to join our team. As a key member of our organisation, you will have the opportunity to work on exciting projects related to sustainable mobility solutions.
Job Summary: As a Working Student, you will support our team in project work on national and international levels, focusing on research and industry projects. Your tasks will include conducting literature reviews on life cycle analyses, assessing the ecological footprint of products, and exploring circular economy concepts.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct research activities on life cycle assessments, environmental impact of products, and circular economy
- Collaborate with the team to generate knowledge on Cradle-to-Cradle approaches, covering the entire value chain from raw materials to recycling
- Support sustainability analyses, including life cycle assessments (LCA) and sensitivity studies
- Assist in conducting studies on various sustainability aspects
- Co-create documentation and presentations of results with colleagues
Requirements:
- Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Environmental and Systems Sciences, Energy and Environmental Technology, Chemistry, Process Engineering, Production Technology, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field
- Basic understanding of powertrains, value chains, and environmental assessments in the automotive sector
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Fluency in English and German
- Proficiency in MS-Office and internet research
- Excellent organisational and reliability skills

Salary: The annual reference salary for this position is €42,137.20 gross, based on collective bargaining agreements for employees in the industry.
