Description
We are seeking a highly motivated student to join our Global Finance Portfolio Management team as an intern for 6 months, starting in January/February 2027. The successful candidate will contribute to strategic, cross-functional initiatives involving teams across Finance, Sales, Operations, IT, and Global Data.
The role involves supporting portfolio reporting and data quality, helping shape Change Management learning initiatives, and providing coordination to keep the team moving. You will also take ownership of selected work packages and gain hands-on experience in portfolio governance, management decision-making, and the delivery of global initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Support portfolio reviews, dashboards, and management decision materials
- Review portfolio and project data for completeness, consistency, and timeliness
- Help shape and coordinate Change Management learning initiatives
- Collaborate with teams across Finance, Sales, Operations, IT, and Global Data
- Take ownership of selected work packages or team improvement initiatives
- Provide organisational support to the team through meeting preparation, action tracking, and reliable follow-up
Requirements:
- Advanced undergraduate, postgraduate student or recent graduate in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Information Systems, Project Management, or a related field
- Fluent written and spoken English; German is beneficial
- Strong analytical skills and confidence working with structured data
- High attention to detail and a reliable, quality-focused way of working
- Good organisational skills and the ability to manage several tasks in parallel
- Clear communication skills and confidence collaborating with diverse, international stakeholders
- Proactive, curious, and hands-on mindset, with the confidence to take ownership of defined topics
- Good knowledge of Microsoft 365, particularly Excel and PowerPoint; experience with AI or project management tools is beneficial
