Description
We are seeking a Care Assistant to join our team at Copper Beech Care Home in Uckfield. As a Care Assistant, you will be at the heart of making a difference to our residents, providing high-quality, personal and social care, and nurturing relationships with kindness and warmth.
You will assist residents with a high standard of clinical, social and emotional care, recognising and meeting their specific needs. You will support residents with a wide range of differing requirements, from companionship to personal care, and be part of a team monitoring residents and reporting changes. You will also communicate with residents' families, friends and other healthcare professionals.
We offer a salary of £13.30 up to £14.30 per hour depending on experience, a 44-hour contract, and a range of benefits, including:
