Global Workplace Strategy Director

We are seeking an experienced leader to join us as the Global Workplace Strategy Director, part of the Ford Land team.

The Global Workplace Strategy Director will be responsible for aligning Ford Motor Company's physical footprint, technology, and business goals to optimize employee performance and real estate efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain a 5–10-year real estate portfolio strategic roadmap
• Align Ford Motor Company business operations with optimized Occupancy and Space Planning delivery function globally
• Evaluate real estate usage data to determine optimal square footage, desk ratios, and spatial zoning
• Collaborate with Enterprise Technology to implement supporting technology platform(s)
• Support and advise senior and executive leaders on actions required to balance portfolio utilization and sequence global initiatives with enabling real estate solutions
• Facilitate cross-functional strategic planning and prioritization of company initiatives with various Ford Land functions
• Build change management roadmaps and engage key stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery
• Identify continued opportunities for best practices, techniques, and tools

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in business, real estate, operations management, or related field
• Experience leading Occupancy and Space planning teams
• Strategic thinker with problem-solving capabilities and ability to prioritize initiatives using business judgement
• Excellent communication skills and high level of EQ

Preferred Requirements:

• Master's degree
• Experience with business integration projects and rollouts
• Results-driven with ability to dive deep into details while leading, motivating, and inspiring others
• Demonstrated self-starter who thrives within a highly synergetic, multi-disciplinary team
