Insurance Sales Representative

We are seeking an Insurance Sales Representative to join our team at Howden's Bangkok - CW Tower Branch. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for maintaining a positive attitude that promotes teamwork within the department and a favourable image of the company.

Responsibilities:

• Prospecting, qualifying opportunities, initiating contact, and developing client relationships
• Proactively building a sustainable pipeline, creating quality presentations, proposals, and managing the sales cycle
• Maintaining existing client records and organizing client files
• Preparing invoices for clients (Reinsurance basis)
• Coordinating claims after receiving claim information from clients and other team members
• Keeping clients and other team members informed of claim status on a daily/weekly basis depending on the seriousness or urgency of incidents
• Preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual reports as required
• Ensuring other assigned tasks are carried out accurately and in a timely manner
• Checking accuracy and timeliness of policies from Insurers/Reinsurers to clients or Cedants
• Checking accuracy of commission and preparing money remittance with Finance and Account for both Reinsurance and Direct basis
• Providing weekly/monthly updates on FinLines accounts
• Delivering effective sales presentations and value propositions
• Closing sales and developing long-term strategic relationships with customers
• Proactively developing new channels to market, coordinating marketing events, seminars, and roadshows
• Developing and maintaining annual sales plans that support quarterly goals

Job Specification:

• Minimum Bachelor's degree in Law, Economics, Accounting, or Insurance
• Special product knowledge in FinLines, D&O, Cyber, PI, SPPI, Product Recall, and Trade Department Insurance/Reinsurance
• Commitment and dedication to the job, with the ability to travel on business trips (local and international)
• Good communication skills, teamwork, and a high sense of responsibility
• Ability to work under pressure, energetic, and well-organized
