Senior Premier Relationship Director

HSBC International Wealth and Premier Banking (IWPB) is seeking an experienced Senior Premier Relationship Director to join our team in Beijing.

In this role, you will develop and maintain long-term relationships with Premier Elite clients, managing their total wealth by matching financial and investment product solutions to their needs.

Key responsibilities include:

• Developing the Premier Elite customer base and establishing long-term relationships with assigned clients
• Managing clients' total wealth by matching financial and investment product solutions to their needs
• Promoting Premier Elite Service to potential customers and making referrals to other business units where appropriate
• Supporting branch improvement initiatives and ensuring compliance with audit requirements and quality assurance

To be successful in this role, you should have:

• University-level education, preferably in finance, business, or a related discipline
• At least 5 years of experience as a Relationship Manager in a client-facing environment
• Excellent relationship-building capability, sales, and customer orientation
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a high level of customer-centricity
• Good understanding and strong interest in financial markets
• Maturity and independence, with the ability to work effectively under pressure
• Fluency in Mandarin and English
