Description
We are seeking an experienced Index Linked Investments Team Leader to join our team in New York City.
The successful candidate will lead a team of established sellers covering index-linked investments, including ETFs, mutual funds, SMA, and direct indexing solutions.
Key responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Head of Index Wealth and the broader LSEG organization to accelerate index education and asset-based revenue growth
- Lead a high-engagement culture, consistently meeting with clients and product teams
- Partner with product and marketing organizations to elevate our brand and products, aligning with strategic priorities
- Develop people and drive change within the organization
- Experience in media and leading flagship events catering to ETFs
- Strong network amongst senior decision-makers at the largest ETF issuers
- Strong comprehension of investment themes and asset allocation
- Ability to present and communicate effectively with executive leadership
- Member of the regional leadership team
- Willingness to travel 50%+

- Anticipated base salary: $174,500 - $290,900
