Description
Mastercard's Decision Management Platform team is seeking a Lead Technical Program Manager with Scrum Master experience to drive their platform strategy forward.
The ideal candidate will have advanced knowledge of project management or software releases, experience in a Scrum Master role, and familiarity with software development, technical terms, and general concepts.
Key responsibilities include:
- Planning, monitoring, executing, and implementing program release strategies
- Developing long-range plans and strategies to achieve business growth
- Providing technical and advisory support for staff
- Ensuring successful delivery of projects, including planning release lifecycles, version control management, and risk management
- Leading and overseeing multiple complex projects
- Communicating progress to stakeholders
- Planning, developing, and executing schedules to ensure timely completion of project deadlines and milestones
Requirements include:
- Advanced knowledge of project management or software releases
- Experience in a Scrum Master role
- Familiarity with software development, technical terms, and general concepts
- Strong business acumen, with knowledge of Mastercard or the payments industry preferred
- Advanced listening, oral, written, and presentation skills
- Strong leadership, interpersonal, relationship-building, and negotiation skills
- Excellent knowledge of Scrum techniques and artifacts
- Experience with Confluence, Rally or JIRA, Microsoft Project & Excel
- Problem-solving and conflict-resolution ability
- Outstanding organisational skills
- Degree in Computer Science, Business, or a similar field

The salary range for this position in O'Fallon, Missouri is $122,000 - $207,000 USD.
