We are seeking team members for seasonal roles at our store located at 474 Chamberlain Hwy, Meriden, CT 06451-1818.

The Starting Hourly Rate is $18.00 USD per hour, with a Pay Range of $18.00 USD - $27.00 USD per hour.

Job Overview Working at Target means being part of a team that helps families discover the joy of everyday life. Our seasonal roles offer the opportunity to gain experience in retail business fundamentals, guest service, and operations.

Responsibilities As a seasonal team member, you will:

• Provide exceptional guest service and support a guest-first culture across the store
• Gain experience in retail business fundamentals, including department sales trends, inventory management, and process efficiency and improvement
• Execute daily and weekly workloads to support business priorities and deliver on sales goals

Requirements To succeed in this role, you should:

• Have a welcoming and helpful attitude towards guests and other team members
• Be able to learn and adapt to current technology needs
• Work both independently and with a team
• Resolve guest questions quickly on the spot
• Pay attention to detail and follow multi-step processes

Physical Demands

• Accurately handle cash register operations
• Climb up and down ladders
• Scan, handle, and move merchandise efficiently and safely, including frequently lifting or moving merchandise up to 40 pounds
• Flexible work schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays, and regular attendance necessary
