Senior Recruiter, GTM & Sales

As a Senior GTM Recruiter, you will be a full-cycle owner responsible for the entire hiring lifecycle for our Sales and Go-To-Market organizations.

Responsibilities

• Drive Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the end-to-end process for a portfolio of diverse roles, from strategic sourcing and interviewing to complex offer negotiations and closing.
• Lead Hiring Partner Consultation: Act as a strategic advisor to Revenue leadership, facilitating weekly hiring meetings and providing expert guidance on market trends.
• Strategic Sourcing: Build and maintain a robust pipeline of passive talent using LinkedIn Recruiter and other innovative sourcing channels.
• Champion Candidate Experience: Ensure every candidate has an exceptional and transparent experience.
• Maintain Operational Excellence: Use Greenhouse and interview intelligence tools to track metrics and drive data-driven improvements in hiring velocity.
• Contribute to Strategic Projects: Lead or participate in TA initiatives such as employer branding and process optimization.

Requirements

• 5+ years of in-house full-cycle recruiting experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
• Proven track record of successfully hiring for high-volume sales roles and complex GTM/Corporate functions.
• Advanced proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and a proactive "headhunter" mindset for passive talent.
• Exceptional communication and negotiation skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and business leaders.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to tell a story and identify hiring trends.

Nice to Have

• Expertise with Greenhouse ATS.
• Familiarity with BrightHire or other interview intelligence platforms.
• Ability to work in all US time zones.

Compensation

• Base salary: $135,000 - $140,000.
