Description
The PXP Strategy & Development team at Cisco delivers innovative partner experiences through the Partner Experience Platform (PXP).
As a Product Manager for PXP, you will drive the development and deployment of capabilities within PXP that transform partner experiences by leveraging the latest advancements in AI, capabilities, and data architecture.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Driving strategic products that position Cisco's PXP as an industry leader in AI-powered partner experience solutions
- Collaborating with business stakeholders to define, prioritise, and launch innovative PXP features that enhance partner collaboration, streamline workflows, and deliver measurable business value
- Driving end-to-end product lifecycle management to deliver features that empower partners and improve engagement, while ensuring robust security, compliance, and resilience of the experience
- Staying ahead of evolving trends in AI and PX by continuously evaluating advancements in technology and user expectations, defining strategies to deliver differentiated experiences for partners
- Gathering and analysing feedback from partners and internal stakeholders to continuously enhance PXP offerings and deliver world-class partner experiences
The minimum qualifications for this role include:
- 5+ years of product or program management experience, including recent experience in AI, customer experience, and/or partner experience products
- 2+ years of proven track record of delivering scalable enterprise platforms, with a strong emphasis on partner solutions
- 2+ years of product management, with subject matter expert knowledge on AI, CX, PX, and/or related fields, with a passion for driving innovation and delivering value for partners
Preferred qualifications include:
- Strong background in product management, AI-powered experience platforms, partner ecosystems, or partner engagement solutions
- Excellent written, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Outstanding communication, and critical thinking skills, enabling effective engagement with partners, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams
