We're looking for a Workers Compensation Claims Team Lead to supervise the operation of multiple teams of examiners and technical staff for workers compensation for clients. You'll monitor colleagues' workloads, provide training, and monitor individual claim activities.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze and process complex or technically difficult general liability claims by investigating and gathering information to determine the exposure on the claim
- Manage claims through well-developed action plans to an appropriate and timely resolution
- Coordinate vendor referrals for additional investigation and/or litigation management
- Lead team meetings and assign accountability for follow-up items
- Gather important compliance/claims processing information to be presented at team meetings
- Assist in interviews of adjusters, clerical staff and provide feedback to hiring manager
Requirements:
- 5 years of claims management experience or equivalent combination of education and experience required
- High School Diploma or GED required. Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university preferred
- Professional certification as applicable to line of business preferred
- Jurisdiction Knowledge: CA or NV

Salary Range: $100,000 - $115,000 per year
