Description
We are seeking a Housekeeper to join the team at The Alexandra Hospital, part of Circle Health Group. This bank role works on an 'as and when required' basis, supplementing staffing levels during busy periods and providing cover for existing staff during annual leave or absence.
The successful applicant will be responsible for:
- Undertaking day-to-day cleaning of patient, public, and employee areas
- Maintaining a safe and pleasant environment for patients, visitors, and Circle Health Group employees
- Replenishing linen and consumables
- Providing flexibility to work in all departments, including Theatre areas, and at other Circle Health Group sites where appropriate
- Completing daily task sheets and submitting them to the Housekeeper Lead for auditing purposes
- Complying with all relevant mandatory training
To apply, you should have:
- Competency in literacy and numeracy
- Good communication skills
- Maths and English GCSE at grades A to C or equivalent functional skills level 2 evidence
- Proficiency in using a PC, including software and systems
