Bank Teller

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Bank Teller at our Wiesbaden Wilhelmstr / FR-str location.

As a Bank Teller, you will be responsible for managing the daily cash balance, processing transactions, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key responsibilities include:

• Managing the daily cash balance and handling cash transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and foreign currencies
• Providing support to customers with various queries and transactions, and directing them to self-service terminals and other channels
• Promoting digital services, such as online and mobile banking, and explaining their features to customers
• Contributing to the success of the branch by actively scheduling appointments and referring customers to advisors

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A completed commercial, service-oriented, or banking-related training program (ideally as a bank clerk)
• Reliable work ethic and strong team spirit with high service orientation
• Friendly and confident demeanor, with a willingness to learn new tasks and topics
• First experience in appointment scheduling and referral of customers to advisors, with interest in digital features
• Knowledge of private customer products and digital services is desirable
