As a Retail Team Member, you'll create a welcoming, safe, and well-presented store. Your day-to-day tasks will vary, but you'll help customers, stock shelves, receive deliveries, maintain displays, and ensure the store runs smoothly.
Your responsibilities include:
- Serving customers with a smile and helping them find what they need
- Preparing fresh food and coffee and managing the checkout
- Restocking shelves, receiving deliveries, and maintaining displays
- Creating a clean, safe, and welcoming environment
- Following safety procedures and handling transactions accurately
