Description
As a Retail Team Member at Ampol, you'll create a welcoming, safe, and well-presented store that keeps customers coming back.
You'll serve customers with a smile, help them find what they need, prepare fresh food and coffee, and keep things moving at the checkout. You'll also restock shelves, receive deliveries, maintain displays, and ensure customers can easily find what they're after. Your goal will be to create a clean, safe, and welcoming environment across the entire site, from the shop floor and food areas to the bathrooms and forecourt. You'll follow safety procedures, handle transactions accurately, and take ownership of day-to-day store operations.
