Description
This role is the day-to-day lead for projects that inform strategic decisions and drive business growth and improvements in accordance with PayPal's Corporate Strategy.
The successful candidate will establish, oversee, and execute key workstreams as part of these projects, including partnering with other teams to conduct key internal and external analyses and facilitate collaboration among team members.
Key responsibilities:
- Identify issues and recommend best practices based on specialized expertise
- Lead functional projects and programs that contribute to business improvements
- Partner with teams to analyze business trends and inform strategic decisions
- Facilitate collaboration among team members to enhance project outcomes
- Assess and report on the progress of strategic initiatives within the function
Requirements:
- 5+ years relevant experience and a Bachelor’s degree OR Any equivalent combination of education and experience

Salary range:
- San Jose, California: $129,500.00 - $191,950.00 Annually
- New York City, New York: $129,500.00 - $191,950.00 Annually
